Casodex - racemic mix, a nonsteroid anti-androgen which does not influence endocrine system in any way. The mechanism of effect of active component consists in its ability to contact androgenic receptors of "wild type" and to oppress the activity, thereby, bringing a prostate tumor into a regression stage. Casodex is taken as a medicine for monotherapy, and as a part of complex treatment (radiation).

Casodex Product Description
Drug Uses
Casodex is a nonsteroidal anti-cancer drug that provides antiandrogen activity. Casodex tablets are used for oral therapy of metastatic carcinoma of the prostate (advanced prostate cancer) and are not effective in the treatment of other types of cancer.
To inhibit a growth of tumor cells and shrink tumors in advanced prostate cancer, Casodex tablets should be used in combination with anticancer agents of the group of LHRH analogues. In addition, Casodex can be prescribed for regression of metastatic prostate cancer (Stage D2) after surgical castration.
In order to slow down the growth and division of cancer cells in the prostate gland, Casodex tablets should be taken regularly once a day. Increase in the frequency of Casodex use does not provide extra benefits while treating prostate cancer.
Missed Dose
If you forget to take Casodex pills at the scheduled time, take the next dose of this antiandrogen agent as prescribed. However, do not take two doses of Casodex to make up the missed dose of this anticancer drug.
More Information
Immediately after the start of LHRH analogue therapy, the disease symptoms can be exacerbated in men with prostate cancer. Casodex tablets are able to prevent adverse effects arising after the administration of LHRH analogue. Therefore, Casodex therapy should be started a few days before the first use of an implant or injection of LHRH analogue.
Storage
Casodex tablets should be stored in a dry place, at room temperature not exceeding 30°C.

This natural substance receives a boost, while PDE5, the substance that obstructs erections, becomes depressed. The resulting effect manifests as a strong, long-lasting erection that can be adequately maintained throughout the entire intercourse. The pharmaceutical formula of Sildigra includes classic Sildenafil citrate and demonstrates efficiency on the level of branded Viagra.

Synthroid finds use as a hormone-regulating agent for managing low levels of triiodothyronine/thyroxine. It also has a pronounced therapeutic effect on goiters of certain types. Synthroid often accompanies surgeries and other medical means of treating thyroid cancer. The drug compensates for the insufficient production of thyroid hormones by standing in their place as a synthetic substitution. Compensations of this kind help the patient’s body to restitute the normal rate of metabolism. Synthroid also helps to fight obesity due to its ability to remove the initial thyroid gland-related causes as such.
